What You’ll Need for Chocolate and Banana Spring Rolls

  • Banana: Use a ripe spotty banana for sweetness. Sliced into ¼ inch coins.
  • Chocolate chips: Dark, milk, or any.
  • Sliced Almonds: Adds nice crunch.
  • Spring roll wrapper: You can find one in the frozen section at Asian grocery stores.
  • Potato starch: You can alternatively use cornstarch or flour.
  • Cinnamon sugar: It’s optional but highly recommended! I mix coconut sugar and Ceylon cinnamon for my cinnamon sugar.
  • Extra virgin olive oil: This is for frying.
