What You’ll Need for Chocolate and Banana Spring Rolls
- Banana: Use a ripe spotty banana for sweetness. Sliced into ¼ inch coins.
- Chocolate chips: Dark, milk, or any.
- Sliced Almonds: Adds nice crunch.
- Spring roll wrapper: You can find one in the frozen section at Asian grocery stores.
- Potato starch: You can alternatively use cornstarch or flour.
- Cinnamon sugar: It’s optional but highly recommended! I mix coconut sugar and Ceylon cinnamon for my cinnamon sugar.
