Fruit Roll-Up Ingredients

  • Strawberries and Raspberries: There are so many possibilities for the flavor of homemade roll-ups. I love the bright red berry flavor! Strawberries and raspberries create a beautiful red hue with unresectable berry flavor.
  • Honey: Honey adds wholesome sweetness to this snack without refined sugar.
  • Lime: We will use both juice and zest in this recipe. Wash a lime well before testing.

How to Make Homemade Fruit Roll-Ups

First, preheat the oven to 170°F. We’re not going to bake but dehydrate our homemade fruit roll-ups.

Next, line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper. This recipe makes a quarter sheet pan-size fruit leather, so use bigger parchment paper than a sheet pan to cover all the edges. It will make it easier to remove the fruit leather from the pan.

To make the fruit leather, add strawberries, raspberries, honey, and lime juice in a blender. Puree until smooth. Taste and add more honey to your taste.

Pour the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan and evenly spread the mixture. Sprinkle lime zest on the top

The berry mixture spread on the sheet tray with a sprinkle of lime zest.

Bake in the oven to dehydrate until no parts are gooey to the touch but slightly tacky, for 4 to 6 hours. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Use scissors to cut the fruit leather into strips and roll them up. Remove parchment paper before enjoying.
