Preheat the oven to 170°F. Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a blender, add strawberries, raspberries, honey, and lime juice. Puree until smooth. Taste and add more honey to your taste.
Evenly spread the mixture on the prepared sheet pan. Sprinkle lime zest on the top.
Bake in the oven to dehydrate until no parts are gooey to the touch but slightly tacky, for 4 to 6 hours. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Use scissors to cut into strips and roll them up. Remove parchment paper before enjoying.
