Healthy Homemade Fruit Roll-Ups

Homemade Fruit Roll-Ups are the healthy and natural version of your childhood favorite snack that is packed with fresh berries and lime.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • Zest of 1 lime

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 170°F. Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • In a blender, add strawberries, raspberries, honey, and lime juice. Puree until smooth. Taste and add more honey to your taste.
  • Evenly spread the mixture on the prepared sheet pan. Sprinkle lime zest on the top.
  • Bake in the oven to dehydrate until no parts are gooey to the touch but slightly tacky, for 4 to 6 hours. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Use scissors to cut into strips and roll them up. Remove parchment paper before enjoying.
