Why You’ll Love This Brunch Charcuterie Board

Makes everyday food so special

I love making a Charcuterie Board for seasonal gatherings and dinners. I made a little Valentine’s Dessert Charcuterie Board for a little party of two and it makes a dinner so special. You don’t need special items on your board, even everyday food looks(and somehow tastes) better on the board.

Perfect for spring gatherings

This brunch quiche board offers a variety of flavors, from savory quiche to sweet maple syrup and waffles. Everyone can find their favorite while having a good time together.

Effortlessly gorgeous

Assembling this brunch board is so easy. Start with larger items, like quiche, waffles, and sausages, and fill the space between with small items like berries and cherry tomatoes. The board will look gorgeous without a hustle.

Ingredients of Brunch Charcuterie Board

This charcuterie brunch board is a place where you can fill with your favorite brunch foods. Here is what I used.

  • Quiche: Premade or homemade quiche will work.
  • Waffles: Use frozen waffles and fresh waffles will work too.
  • Breakfast Sausage or any breakfast sausage: Use your favorite breakfast sausage. I used plant-based sausage for this board.
  • Maple Syrup: For waffles.
  • Almond Butter: Or any nut butter for waffles.
  • Strawberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, and Oranges: Or any fruits.
  • Avocados sliced, Cherry tomatoes, Mini Seedless Cucumbers: Or any seasonal fruits.
  • Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice: Some drinks to complete the brunch menu.

But brunch food items are not limited to those above. Other brunch food ideas are

  • Bacon
  • Tater tots or any breakfast potato dish
  • Cheese
  • Breakfast hash
  • Boiled eggs, omelets, and other egg dishes
  • Smoked salmon
  • Bagles
  • Cream cheese

How to Create a Stunning Spring Brunch Quiche Board

Here is a step-by-step guide to assembling the perfect spring brunch quiche board.

First, let’s place a freshly baked quiche on the board. It’s easier to arrange the large items first. Slice the quiche so that the guests can easily pick up.

I used premade quiche and baked before serving. But of course, you can use homemade quiche too.

Next, let’s add waffles. Distribute waffles so that guests can reach them from every direction.

Then, fill the small bowls with maple syrup and nut butter. You can add vegetables and fruits in some bowls too. I added strawberries and halved cherry tomatoes in the bowls. Arrange the bowls on the board.

Fill the gaps with breakfast sausages, vegetables, and fruits.
