  • Medjool Dates: Add rich sweetness. Remove seeds before use.
  • Mint Leaves: Fresh mint is always the best! To store mint leaves fresh longer, trim the end of the stems and place them in a jar filled with ½-1 inch water. Keep the ends soaked in water. Secure the lid or cover it with a plastic bag. Keep the jar in the refrigerator to store.

How to Make Mint Chip Smoothie

First, remove pits from a Medjool date.

Nest, add all the ingredients except cacao nibs in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy consistency.

Then, add cacao nibs to the blender. And pulse a few times to mix.

Mint Chip Smoothie are blended in a blender and cacao nibs are added to mix.

You don’t want to over-blend the smoothie after you add the cacao nibs. The crunchiness of the cacao nibs is the key texture in this mint smoothie recipe.

Lastly, pour into a glass and enjoy! Chunks of cacao nibs might be too big to enjoy with regular straws. So enjoy with a thick boba straw or spoon.

  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 Medjool date pitted
  • 30 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon cacao nibs

  • In a high-speed blender, blitz all the ingredients except cacao nibs. Stir in cacao nibs. Pour into a glass and enjoy with a thick boba straw or spoon.
