Healthy Blueberry Lavender Lemonade(Refined Sugar Free)

This Healthy Blueberry Lavender Lemonade is packed with lemon blueberry flavor and a hint of lavender! Homemade sugar-free blueberry lavender syrup and freshly squeezed lemon make a refreshing summer healthy drink.

If you have abundant fresh blueberries or frozen ones in your freezer, make homemade blueberry lavender syrup! It’s easily made with blueberries, dried lavender, and maple syrup.

You can mix the syrup and lemon juice with still water to make refreshing lemonade or add sparkling water to make sparkling blueberry lemonade soda. And if you’re feeling boozy, add a splash of vodka to make a blueberry lemonade cocktail for summer!

Ingredients

The ingredients of blueberry lavender lemonade.
  • Blueberry Lavender Syrup – You can use store-bought syrup but making it at home is so easy! The best part of homemade syrup is that you can choose which sugar to use in your syrup.
  • Still or Sparkling water – Use whichever your heart desires.
  • Lemon Juice – Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best flavor!

How to Make Blueberry Lavender Lemonade

Add the syrup and ice cubes in a glass.
  1. Add the syrup to a glass and fill it with ice cubes.
Pour water over the ice cubes in a glass.
  1. Pour still or sparkling water.
Add lemon juice into the glass.
  1. Add lemon juice. Enjoy the changing color from dark red to reddish pink.
Top the blueberry lemonade with fresh blueberries, lavender, and rosemary.
  1. Mix well and enjoy! Top with fresh blueberries for garnish(optional).

Add more or less syrup to adjust the taste you like!

Hint: If you’re garnishing your drink with lavender, make sure to use culinary-grade dried lavender flowers! You can find it in the spice or tea aisle at a regular grocery store. You can not use regular lavender flowers at the flower shop, they’re not meant for culinary use and might have pesticides on them.
