In a bowl, sift matcha and pour hot water over it. Whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk.
In a glass, add lychee, maple syrup, and lime juice. Use a muddler to mash lychee to release juice and break them into small pieces. Use scissors if necessary to cut lychee.
Add ice to the glass and top with sparkling water. Pour the matcha. Mix well and enjoy!
