blueberry lavender syrup

still or sparkling water

lemon juice

teaspoon
matcha

hot water
80°C or 176°F
Instructions
Add the syrup to a glass and fill it with ice cubes.
Add water and lemon juice to the glass.
Sift matcha into a small bowl and pour hot water over it. Whisk vigorously for 15 seconds with a bamboo whisk.
Pour matcha over the lemonade. Mix well and top with lemon slice and blueberry(optional).
