Iced Matcha Lemonade with Blueberry Lavender Syrup

Iced Blueberry Matcha Lemonade with Lavender is a refreshing, not-too-sweet, summer drink with a green tea kick!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons blueberry lavender syrup
  • ¾ cup still or sparkling water
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon matcha
  • 2 Tablespoons hot water 80°C or 176°F

Instructions
 

  • Add the syrup to a glass and fill it with ice cubes.
  • Add water and lemon juice to the glass.
  • Sift matcha into a small bowl and pour hot water over it. Whisk vigorously for 15 seconds with a bamboo whisk.
  • Pour matcha over the lemonade. Mix well and top with lemon slice and blueberry(optional).
