This Matcha Mojito Mocktail is a fizzy, refreshing non-alcoholic drink with a rich matcha kick. This virgin mojito mocktail is made with kombucha to add probiotics. This is a perfect matcha mocktail for warm weather!

Ingredients of Matcha Mojito Mocktail
- Matcha: The taste of the matcha really changes the taste of the drink! So use ceremonial grade matcha that you love the taste as is. I used the one from Ippodo.
- Fresh Mint: Makes this drink Mojito!
- Lime: Always a fresh squeeze of lime elevates the taste.
- Honey or Maple Syrup: For extra sweetness.
- Kombucha: I used Health-Ade mint limade flavor.
How to make Virgin Match Mojito
Firstly, let’s whisk matcha!
In a small bowl, place a sieve over it and sift in matcha powder. Matcha powder can be clumpy, so make sure to sift for creamy and smooth matcha.
Pour hot water over the matcha and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk until frothy.
In a glass, add mint leaves and lightly muddle until aromatic. Add ice cubes and squeeze lime into the glass.
Pour kombucha and matcha. Mix and enjoy!

Matcha Mojito Mocktail
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 3 Tablespoon hot water
- 20 fresh mint leaves plus more for garnish
- ¼ lime
- ½ teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup kombucha I used Health-Ade mint limade flavor
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a bowl sift in matcha powder. Pour hot water and whisk together.
- In a glass, add mint leaves and lightly muddle until aromatic. Add ice cubes and squeeze lime.
- Pour kombucha and matcha. Mix and enjoy!
