Instructions
In a high-speed blender, blitz mangos, lime juice, water, and maple syrup. Divide equally into 5 popsicle molds. Set aside.
Clean the high-speed blender and blitz cashews, coconut milk, maple syrup, matcha, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Divide into 5 popsicle molds over the mango mixture until the mold is filled. Cover and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze overnight.
Run the mold under water for a few seconds to help release the popsicle. Remove from the mold and enjoy.
