Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey Roasted Peanut Butter
  • Dash cinnamon
  • 1-2 shots espresso for each glass
  • Ice cubes

For chocolate dripping glasses

  • 3 Tablespoons dark(or any) chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Make Chocolate Dripping Glasses: In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil, and melt them together in a microwave or using a double boiler. Dip a glass at a 45-degree angle and rotate it to coat the entire rim. Stand the glass upright to allow the chocolate to drip. You can add a few extra drips for a decorative touch if desired. Let the chocolate harden.
  • Make Honey Roasted Peanut Banana Milk: In a blender, combine the banana, oat milk, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
  • Assemble a Latte: Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the espresso over the ice. Top with the blended milk. Stir and enjoy.
