Microwave method: Remove the wrapping from the frozen udon noodles. In a heat-proof bowl, add the frozen udon and chickpeas. Microwave until tender, about 3 minutes. Drain water or transfer just the noodles and chickpeas to the bowl.
Boiling method: Cook the frozen noodles according to the package instructions. Add chickpeas together to warm them up.
Assembly: Add scallions, chili crunch, and soy sauce and mix well. Top with sesame seeds and cilantro and enjoy!
