5 minutes Spicy Udon Noodles are a quick and easy udon noodles recipe using chili crunch and a few freezer and pantry staples.

Ingredients 
 

  • 1 frozen udon noodles
  • ½ cup canned chickpea drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup Scallions sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon chili crunch
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • White sesame seeds for garnish
  • Fresh cilantro for gurnish

Instructions 

  • Microwave method: Remove the wrapping from the frozen udon noodles. In a heat-proof bowl, add the frozen udon and chickpeas. Microwave until tender, about 3 minutes. Drain water or transfer just the noodles and chickpeas to the bowl.
  • Boiling method: Cook the frozen noodles according to the package instructions. Add chickpeas together to warm them up.
  • Assembly: Add scallions, chili crunch, and soy sauce and mix well. Top with sesame seeds and cilantro and enjoy!
