Instructions
In a blender, combine tofu, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla and blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the whipped tofu in a bowl and fold in the jam. Do not over mix. Transfer it into a piping bag with a round tip.
Pipe the whipped tofu onto the warm toast and enjoy!
