Instructions
In a small bowl, sift in matcha powder. Add hot water and use a bamboo whisk to whisk vigorously until smooth and foamy on the surface. Set aside.
Combine oat milk, vanilla syrup, and maple syrup. For an iced latte, froth the milk using a handheld frother or milk frother. For a hot latte, warm the milk, then froth.
Fill a glass with ice cubes and add the frothed milk. Pour matcha over it and stir to enjoy. For a hot latte, add milk and matcha into a mug and stir.
Sprinkle with a dash of maicha or cinnamon powder on top(optional).
