Strawberry Matcha Latte Smoothie

The Strawberry Matcha Latte Smoothie is a beautiful concoction of rich, silky matcha and creamy strawberry oat milk smoothie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • ¼ cup hot water boil water and pour it in a cup to cool down to 176°F (80°C)
  • 1 frozen banana chopped
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds optional
  • cup oat milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, sift in matcha powder. Add hot water and use a bamboo whisk to whisk vigorously until smooth and foam on the surface. Refrigerate to cool until ready to use.
  • In a high-speed blender, add a frozen banana, strawberries, hemp seeds, oat milk, and maple syrup. Blend until creamy and thick. Taste and add more maple syrup for your taste.
  • In a glass, add matcha. Pour the strawberry smoothie over the matcha. Mix well and enjoy!
