¼cuphot waterboil water and pour it in a cup to cool down to 176°F (80°C)
1frozen bananachopped
1cupfrozen strawberries
1Tablespoonhemp seedsoptional
⅔cupoat milk
1-2teaspoonsmaple syrup
Instructions
In a small bowl, sift in matcha powder. Add hot water and use a bamboo whisk to whisk vigorously until smooth and foam on the surface. Refrigerate to cool until ready to use.
In a high-speed blender, add a frozen banana, strawberries, hemp seeds, oat milk, and maple syrup. Blend until creamy and thick. Taste and add more maple syrup for your taste.
In a glass, add matcha. Pour the strawberry smoothie over the matcha. Mix well and enjoy!
