Strawberry and Cream Overnight Oats with Matcha Yogurt
Fragrant and sweet strawberries melt into creamy overnight oats to create Strawberry Cream Overnight Oats with Matcha Yogurt. This nourishing healthy breakfast is topped off with matcha yogurt to boost energy and focus for your day.
In each jar, add ½ cup of oats and 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds.
In a blender, place milk, strawberries, maple syrup, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Divide into the glasses over oats. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
In a small bowl, add yogurt and maple syrup. Sift matcha powder over it and mix everything well. Dollop yogurt on overnight oats and top with strawberries.
