Foamy and dreamy, this viral Coconut Matcha Cloud is easy to make and super refreshing for summer! This coconut water matcha combines sweet and creamy matcha cold foam and electrolyte-rich coconut water, creating a rich yet hydrating iced latte(ish) drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 60 g heavy cream
  • 15 g oat milk or any milk of your choice
  • 5-10 g maple syrup
  • 3 g ceremonial-grade matcha powder
  • 150 ml coconut water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl or jar, add heavy cream, milk, and maple syrup. Sift in the matcha powder. Use a milk frother to froth until thick and airy.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes and add coconut water. Pour matcha cloud on top. Mix and enjoy!
