Easy Homemade No Peel Applesauce with Cinnamon

This homemade No Peel Pink Applesauce with cinnamon is an easy fall recipe requiring no apple peeling with extra fiber.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 4-5 apples(2 lb.) cored and chopped
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cinnamon stick optional
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, combine all the ingredients. Cover and cook over medium heat until soft, for about 15- 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool.
  • Remove the cinnamon stick if using. Use a hand blender to puree for the desired consistency, chunky or smooth. Taste and add more maple syrup or water for your desired sweetness and consistency. Divide into individual jars and enjoy.
