Blueberry Matcha Latte (How to Make the Iced or Hot)

For the Matcha Latte
- 2 Tablespoons blueberry syrup
- 1 teaspoon ceremonial grade matcha
- ¼ cup hot water boil water and pour it in a cup to cool down to 176°F (80°C)
- ½ cup oat milk
- Ice cubes
For the Blueberry Cold Foam (optional)
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons oat milk or any milk of your choice
- 1 Tablespoon blueberry syrup
How to make Blueberry Matcha
In a small bowl, sift in matcha powder. Add hot water and use a bamboo whisk to whisk vigorously until smooth and foamy on the surface. Set aside.
For the iced matcha latte, fill the glass with ice cubes and pour the blueberry syrup over it.
Add oat milk and matcha. Top with the blueberry cold foam (see below) if desired. Mix well and enjoy! Adjust the sweetness by adding more syrup for your taste.
For a hot matcha latte, steam or warm the milk before adding.
