In a saucepan, combine chocolate and water. Melt together over low heat until combined.
Transfer the melted mixture to a medium-size mixing bowl. Fill another large bowl with ice and water. Place the bowl of chocolate mixture over the bowl of ice water. Whisk vigorously as the chocolate cools. Remove the bowl from the ice bath immediately after the chocolate starts to firm up.
